Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across 500 cities in India.
• If your location is outside our delivery zones, please contact us to explore alternate options.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: specific charge based on location.

Delivery Time

• Standard Orders: Deliveries are made between the specified delivery hours to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Custom Orders: Time varies depending on product complexity; our team will confirm during order placement.

Delivery Options

• Same-Day, Midnight (11:00 PM – 11:59 PM), and Standard Delivery are available.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders are accepted until 5:00 PM for same-day delivery.

  • Midnight Delivery: The cut-off time is 7:00 PM for midnight (12:00 AM) delivery. An additional charge of ₹250 applies.

  • Courier Products: Items are typically dispatched within 2 days. Delivery dates are tentative and depend on our logistics partners.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated time frame.
• In case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses or no recipient available, re-delivery charges may apply.

Exceptions

• Deliveries are generally not made on national holidays.

• Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, heavy traffic or remote/inaccessible locations.

Damage or Issues

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package for resolution.
